For over 20 years, our brokerage has followed the fundamental steps below to help our clients secure the home of their dream – even in competitive real estate markets. I know no two transactions are the same. I’ve crafted and adapted my approach to be as nimble as possible to work with all clients. Although the implementation of the methodology has adapted to remain at the cusp of our digital-first era, my principles remain the same – proven & effective.

My approach to every home purchasing venture is unique but there are a few key steps that all buyers follow. I’ve outlined my five fundamental milestones which will lead to the successful purchase of your dream home.

Get Pre-Approved
Having an understanding of your financial abilities sets the foundation for the search ahead. Getting pre-approved will give you an idea of what homes you can look at by setting a budget.
02.
Outline What You’re Looking For
Begin creating a list of your needs and wants. Consider ranking your needs and wants based on priority. To get started, some general ideas you might want to think about are the type of home, schools, public transportation, lifestyle and home amenities.
03.
Begin Searching
Now that a clear idea of what you’re looking for has been established, we can begin looking for your dream home. I take into consideration all possible options of sourcing you the perfect home by taking a proactive approach rather than a passive approach. Instead of just waiting to see what comes on the multiple listing service platform, I reach out to homeowners not currently selling but have the home you’re looking for to see if they would consider selling.

Make An Offer
Once the perfect home is found, I get started crafting the offer. With proven negotiating skills, I work diligently on your behalf to get the offer accepted.
05.
Move-in
Congratulations! Once the offer has been accepted, it’s now time to contact the movers, lawyers and mortgage brokers to get started on the next steps and finalize the deal on the closing date. Then, it’s time to move-in and celebrate and welcome the next chapter of your life!
