Prices vary depending on the home type and property. It would be unfair to compare a duplex or triplex which is zoned for commercial purposes on a 25ft x 100ft lot compared to a single residential family home on a similar sized lot. We also look at your home and property type’s current use and analyze what the best possible use of the property is. If you have a house which could be legally zoned as a duplex, it might be worth more to an investor compared to a single family.

Comparable Properties & Similar Homes

We need to compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges. Although your house might look like it is the exact some on the outside to your neighbours, the inside can completely change the price.
