Once the foundation tasks are completed, I bring your home to market and publish it live. I target traditional marketing, out-of-home marketing, digital marketing and public relations to ensure your home gets maximum exposure and in front of qualified buyers.

I hire a photographer to take professional photography and capture 4k footage of your home. I target all marketing channels to ensure your property gets the most exposure possible. I don’t just upload your listing to the local real estate listing system and call it done. Whether it’s social media, out-of-home, digital or a form of public relations, I take all possible measures to get your home seen.
While your listing is active on the market, I track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor how your listing is performing. I compile the information and report back to you on a regular basis to keep you updated on performance and showing feedback.
